At Namaste Matworks your satisfaction is our priority. Each product is custom-made for you when you place an order, ensuring quality and care with every item.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Exchanges: If you received the wrong item we are happy to offer an exchange. 
• Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.
• Refunds: If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will gladly issue a refund. To process your request quickly, please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your refund request within 30 days of delivery.

*Please note that since our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
